Clear medium ruby.
Clean. Medium(+) intensity with aromas of cherry raspberry baking spices soy sauce and cola.
Dry. Medium alcohol. Medium(+) acidity. Medium tannins. Medium body. Medium intensity with flavours of cherry black raspberry soy sauce and cherry pit.
Medium(+) finish with cherry herbal and mineral notes. Needs air.
Very good. Drink now suitable for further ageing.
