Appearance: Clear and bright, medium ruby color with a slight garnet rim. Nose: Clean and pronounced, with aromas of red cherry, dried herbs, leather, and tobacco, along with subtle hints of vanilla and baking spices. Palate: Dry, with high acidity, medium(+) body, and medium(+) tannins that are firm yet ripe. Flavors of red cherry, cranberry, and dried herbs are complemented by secondary flavors of leather, tobacco, and spice. The wine has a long finish with a slight bitterness on the back end. Conclusion: This is a complex and well-structured Chianti Classico Riserva that is drinking well now but has potential for further aging

Moncheri in the nose. Cherry and chocolate, not much more going on. Strong tannins. Oxidised. Solid.

For some reason this one wasn’t as nice as the previous… less fruit and a bit oxidized

Very nice. Medium dark opaque red. Lots of fruit. Cherries. Spice. Medium to long finish.

Really nice, like how it’s showing. Medium body, beautiful finish. Best Chianti I’ve had (not really saying much)
