Surprisingly bright, acidic and citrus for this rose. Its tight, clean finish makes the perfect bubbly for oysters, chicken. Balance to the richness of the dish. More of a light salmon color - nice!

Poured as part of a large group. Light salmon colored. Strawberry cherry, floral and brioche on the nose. Flavors of strawberry, cherry, minerals, floral and brioche. Still more acidic than I prefer. For me, I like their rose with more age as the sparkler mellows a bit.

My gut tells me this was either past it's prime, not stored / taken very good care of at store (TW), or just not my cup of tea. I tasted some strawberry, but then a white chocolate flavor overtook everything else. No acidity or crisp textures showing through. Disappointed with this bottle, but not with the winery itself.

Great starter for Christmas Eve...Schramsberg is a go-to sparkler for me.
Medium pink, fresh and crisp fizz. Nose shows mild strawberry and brioche. Palate of light/bright strawberry, cherry, minerals and floral. Crowd loved it...

Flavors of strawberry, cherry, and some minerality. On the downside of its peak, so drink up!
