  KYD #2.2 (Valby Brasserie): An absolutely stunning wine!! Dark black currant and plum fruit with a touch of sweetness that is balanced out completely with an absolutely amazing acidity.
  There was a floral touch that changed into dark spices and chocolate. The florality and complexity is mind-blowing captivating and meant that the wine kept changing personality in over time. It has an amazing ability to while being packed with dense flavors it was still able to maintain a level of elegance due to its intensity and huge acidity.
  This was for me a wine with a stunning personality and clearly a wine that is entirely its own. It is truly an exceptional wine that I simply adored!!

  Absolutely stunning from just opened to the last drop 2 hours later.
  Huge bouquets of ripe red fruits, then dark fruits then cinnamon and allspice wrapped in vanilla. And it keeps going for 5 minutes. Insane wine
  Alll balanced with strong tannins that keep it from being over the top.
  
  If I wasn't adverse to rating anything 100. I would have given it that!

  Beautiful big nose of dark fruit. I don’t know if I’ve ever had a wine that was more smooth from the start to its long finish. Graceful and sublime, but not necessarily exciting. I seemed to notice more chocolate and vanilla flavors over the dark fruit. A beautiful wine, and I wished I had more than one bottle, to have been able to try it younger, now, and then in another 5 or 10 years. Worth the price? If you can afford it, sure, but some of the other Realm Cab blends are a better value.

  瓶醒半个小时后，香气浓郁集中，纯度高，甜美流畅，虽然享乐，但香气细腻漂亮得来不会过浓肥大，造成压力。黑樱桃、黑醋栗、黑李子和紫罗兰等攥成了一个拳头，密度高且硬的红檀、微燃的焚香和石墨构成了基底，使香气更结实有力。收尾还有些甘草、丁香之类的香料。入口浓墨重彩，结构大，酒体重，不会过肥，单宁多且细，有嚼劲、有层次感，精准定位口腔的每处表面。目前口中主要还是黑樱桃、黑李子和黑醋栗等黑果味，像果浆一样质地浓稠，夹带着丝缕紫罗兰的芬芳，后段稍微有点肉味、甘草和石墨。余味很长。
  
  三个多小时瓶醒后，非常重的乌梅味，周遭萦绕着西梅、黑醋栗、黑樱桃和蓝莓之类的果味，颜色深而精致，带着一点点陈皮的味道，中段过渡为雪茄和红檀为主，带着点线香的香气，仿佛打开木质雪茄盒的瞬间，还有点紫罗兰干花点缀着。而后慢慢化入石墨和巧克力的流动，带着一点烟熏变作提拉米苏、香草和丁香等。入口整体感很好，凝聚浓郁且丝滑，内蕴着强大的力量感，单宁变得丝滑。乌梅带着各种黑果、巧克力混合着雪茄和红木，在口中奔腾，像河流一样释放着自身，直到余味，出现些许甘草梅、肉桂和月桂叶之类的香料味。97/100
