Aired in the glass ca 30 minutes. On the nose nice ripe red and dark fruit with a floral aspect. Full bodied on the palate, not much tannic grip, showing juicy tart red/dark fruit and perfumy notes with lean acidity and some heat on the finish (15% alcohol). Overall a bit disjointed, lacking decent acidity and the alcohol is pushing a little through. A nice quaff though.

A little cooked and jammy, not bad, but a style that is not « my jam » anymore...a. Little oak, hints of minty eucalypt, a little oxydation like some Sangiovese from southern Tuscany, some Brunello or Rosso’s would smell a bit like that... palate is easy, not very complex, a good fruit and some sweetness, there might be a little RS... Good wine if you are into that warm side ...

Fragrant aroma of violet, red cherries and raspberries with undertones of licorice. Very little oak influence which allowed the fresh and ripe fruits to shine through. Rich and rounded on entry but good acidity in the mid-palate and finish. Red and blue fruits with hints of floral nuances and spices filled the palate. Good structure and intensity. Not the forward, intense and sweet blue fruits jam of its bigger brothers. Drinking beautifully now, no need to wait.

Very strict and still ‘rounded’ Shiraz. Could most certainly be a rebuy.

Flabby gluggy spicy.
Love Torbreck, but not this one.
Love Wagyu HK, but not the wine by the glass list (so disappointing and unchanging).
