Drinking well. Took about an hour or so to open up. Then, classic Ceritas complexity and balance, with the Porter Bass richness. This is my only bottle of 2015, but i have a bunch of other vintages. Glad I have them.

Pop and pour. Enjoyed with food (French Canadian Southern comfort food). Dark color. Nose offers dark fruits and spice. Dark fruited with depth and character. Delicious fruit and spice notes. Quite enjoyable.

Opened, poured a small glass, and brought to a restaurant and tasted about 1 hour later. Bright ruby garnet color. At first whiff, there is some VA but that blows off. Nose then offers red berries and wisp of wood smoke and spice notes. Tart red fruit on the intro with a slight bitter pomegranate seed note. Light mouth feel. Fresh and inviting with a mouthwatering acidity. Some spice elements as well. Over the course of time, picks up a slightly deeper red fruit note with some red apple skin and pomegranate. Nice wine.

Most easygoing Ceritas PN I remember. Pure red fruit, spice, moderate acidity, mid weight, magnificently long finish. Like, the most generally. pleasing Pinot Noir for those who like this grape. Not too high, not too low, not too sharp, just right. Lots of layers, but not demanding. Elegant but easygoing. Three nights it sang. No rush.

Ditto. Maybe not my favorite source for Ceritas?
