Big bold Shiraz sloshing fruit bomb, with ridiculously high alcohol
Have quaffed wines of this partnership, and the previous partnership( wines were better then!). But more likely, my tastes have matured into the elegant liquids if yesteryear. The bold brash, extra acidic and overly alcoholic, shred the tongue and bury into your cheeks kinda wines are a thing of my past. Just can't do it
That said, there's nothing bad about it My palate has matured at a faster rate than these wines, but I'm certain they're not marketing their products to me.
Deep purple still. Likely never to change.
TBC
Shiraz 71% CS 15% M 14% 16% abv ( holy Shite!!)

Dark red under light on the pour. A big hit of alcoholic spice up front that rolls to the back of the throat. There are notes of dark fruit lingering, but it is hard to get past the alcohol.
I bought these as an experiment to see how these would go over a year or two, drinking well now, wouldn't hang onto them much longer though.
Big, high alcohol, fruit forward and jammy with meaty bacon on finish. Little flabby/structureless. If you like Mollydooker’s style you will like this and find it good qpr but that style isn’t for everyone.
