  Wow! Does my experience differ from that of the other reviewer. This opened up very jammy -- almost zin-like -- but with more acid and structure. Lots of berry at first, then a round clove, honeysuckle, and leather middle. The end was quite loose, but still very nice. While it worked well with our dinner (t-bones, as it happened) it was very nice before and after -- not a "food required to enjoy" wine. I wish I had more in the cellar!

  I'm struggling to describe this wine. On first opening it seemed too sweet with no structure to speak of. Second day it seemed to have settled down and was much better. Medium to full bodied, not much acidity, moderate tannins
