Tasted at a wine bar on August 4, 2006. Complex nose for this enthusiast and novice cab franc drinker. Flavors center around dried cranberries and fig in this light-medium bodied wine. Nice acidity and finish. Wonderful surprise for perhaps an underappreciated varietal.

Jammy. Pairs very well with fudge. Nice full bodied Cab Franc. Very much like the tasting room.

Upon opening: dry, fruit-forward, tart cherry. Much better after the 2nd day (needed to breathe) - concentrated ripe and dried dates/raisins.
