Light medium sockeye color. Drank 2+ glasses over 2 hours. This is a somewhat bold wine, but there is balance and style without going overboard. There's a purity to the red cherry and briary, spiced notes with a damp earthiness. Pretty juicy and quite delicious. 90+pts.

Nice mix of sweet but not confected strawberries, cherries, watermelon, and orange on the nose and palate, caressing mouthfeel, acids are rounding out well, savory and dry, very satisfying and easy to drink.

Light-medium Sockeye salmon red. Drank 2 glasses over an hour plus. This was delicious today standing alone and held up with food too. I found the purity quite distinctive today. Really fresh and bright, red cherry nose with spice and mineral. The palate feels light but the depth is there yet still finessed with tangy red cherry, citrus and intertwined strawberry. The minerality is also ever present. This was the bottle I've been waiting for. 90+ to 91pts.

After going through 16 btls this rose still continues to thrill me! The balance and btl consistency are remarkable. Utterly delicious on its own or with food. So fresh with weightless concentration, energy and lip smacking deliciousness. Cherries, strawberries, pomegranates, spice and minerality abound. Delivers a, just right, dash of sweetness. At only $13 one of my best wine buys, ever! This too went great with Nita's homemade Tuscan bean soup. When the last of 7 remaining btls are gone I'm going to miss these 2016s!
