Big, full bodied and full of black and blue fruit, baking spices and some pepper. Plenty of tannins ensure this will go the distance but it is starting to come into its own now. Big, long, lingering finish.

Dark indigo in color. Dark black and blue fruit, clove and pepper on the palate. Full bodied with medium tannins. This is not as "brooding" or as elegant as many Diamond Mtn. alternatives (Diamond Creek, Constant) I have tasted but is still a decent wine drinking well now.

This is a full throttle Napa Cab, about as full bodied and fruit forward as they come. Dark inky purple, medium full bodied, complex, dense concentrated black and blue berry fruits with accents of cedar, black tea and tobacco leaf with hints of cassis and cedar on and expressive, structured, tongue coating full tannins on the lingering finish. After an hour the initial slightly astringent notes of camphor wore off to reveal bright sprites of the expressive fruit. https://unwindwine.blogspot.com/2021/03/cliff-lede-napa-diamond-mountain.html

Tasted at the winery. Deep ruby color and clear. Low aromas of asphalt, stone and orange peel. Dry with a medium body. Crisp acidity. Medium to high tannins. Fair balance. Moderate flavors of river stone, red raspberry, apple and lemons. Long finish. Good.
