Nice complex wine of charm. Quite nicely bodied, quite good in the color. On the palate there is good spices and some cedary complexity. It is a good wine reasonably mature. It will hold nicely in a cold cellar.

Forgot I had this bottle tucked away in the wine refrigerator. Was a bit concerned due to some recent posts but a good testimony to cellaring at 57 degrees for nearly seven years. Beautiful cherry nose, dark ruby red, and still vibrant. Needed 30 mins to fully open. A very nice simple Tuscan paired well with Ragu Bolognese for New Year's Day dinner.

Wine is well past prime. May have been slightly damaged by non controlled storage. Evidence of poor corkage with a possible leak. Deep ruby color but the rim is showing its age - orange plum. Leather and vanilla on the nose and a hint of jam which quickly dissipates. Short finish with hints of leather and tar and light tobacco. Medium body. Overly acidic 30 minutes out of the bottle making it essentially undrinkable. Waited too long on this one.
