Aroma: cherry cola, chocolate covered cherries, baking spices, prunes, strawberries and eucalyptus. Palate: juicy red fruits, mellow acidity and tannins with a long finish. Not very complex but a great sipping wine. Paired great with a baby belle cheddar. No signs of deterioration, still very vibrant. 91

Earth shattering? No. But it is very well made and showing a good balance between sonoma fruit and a more Burgundian style. I wish I had a case to see how it was when it was younger and how it is in a year or two. It is definitely not young and lively however there is no obvious sign of age deterioration and I will wait another couple of years for my other bottle

Opened about 12 hours ago. Medium garnet core. Plum and cherry on the nose, with notes of vanilla and baked bread. Ripe, with rather forward, exuberant red fruit and balanced acidity. Medium length. This is a very solid PN, ripe and inviting, not showing any real sign of decline — or, for that matter, positive evolution.

Not as profound as some W-S, but that's just because they set such a high bar. Dark cherry, tobacco, baking spice.
