Siduri is one of my favorite producers of pinot noir in California. The Sonoma County is basically their entry-level offering, but you would never know it judging by the quality.
Wine was decanted for an hour. Floral notes on the nose, with sublime cherry, plum, and pomegranate flavors on the palate. Some light spice notes followed by dusty tannins. This wine is smooth, medium bodied and perfectly balanced. Drink 2018-2020.
Unbelievable QPR.

Totally solid wine for the $20 we paid, gets the point across if you're craving Sonoma Pinot, and is a good intro to the house style, which runs a tad richer in fruit than many other producers who also make this balanced and red-fruited earthy pinot in Sonoma. We drank half the first night and left the second half in the fridge, it was actually better on day 2 as some of the sweeter fruit receded and let the fresh-feeling acid and more spice notes come forward a bit, slightly more depth and verve. Try it out!

Still kicking! Needs to be decanted. It still tastes very nice.

Ruby. A bold full bodied pinot that shows cherry, baking spice, wild berry and cola. Weighty for pinot, long and lingering.
