Great wine with great color. Nose was not as full as I had expected. Maybe cellared too long. Depth of the wine and it's finish was missing the full cab penetration of the pallet. Still a solid wine. Decanted for approx 1 hr and enjoyed for 90 mins. Enjoyed with a pork tenderloin seasoned with cinnomon and chili powder served over Couscous mixed with cranberries and white raisins and a pomegranate reduction. Excellent

An exceptionally average California Cab. Nose was promising, though not overwhelming. Very little to offer in the mouth however. Tannins have all but disappeared, very little structure or backbone. Did not stand up particularly well to the steak we ate with it. Nothing offensive or unpleasant about the wine, but just nothing to distinguish it or make it memorable in any way.

Solid wine for sure, but nothing special. Classic Napa cab nose of berries, plum, and cedar plank, with a little vanilla and oak. Medium to full body on the palate, but the mouthfeel was slightly disjointed and it seems like this wine might be on the downslope.
