I interpret this as an attempt to make the best possible wine that these grapes could ever aspire to become. And I think that Antinori is on to something! (As we all know, they created Tignanello.)
Looks like a rather dark, maturing Bdx. No cherries in sight on the nose, rather my grandma's old upstairs toilet. Fresh fish. Washing powder. Soft vinyl in the sun. Unusual but rather lovely nose. Palate: Still young, with the rich fruit that hides its tannins (still noticeable on my teeth). Long, complex, superbly balanced, jawdropping, and possibly a tiny cherry trying to hide in a corner...
I dare you all for a btl of this magnificent juice in 2030, 2040 and beyond. It's coming around nicely!

Fully mature and drinking well straight out of bottle. I agree with other reviewers that this is a slightly riper style of Chianti than I prefer, but it is still a great food pairing wine.

Beau chianti.

Young.
PHAT Sangiovese.
Ultra non-typical Chianti.
