  Really nice and mature. Drank with some duck terrine. Sweet at inception but has freshness to balance. Drink now-5yrs

  Excellent, rich, warm apple pie/baked apple, med. sweetness, med- acidity, slight tingliness and lift in finish, really nice. Blair's w/Hiro

  Agreed on note below that it is surprisingly sweet…. That said, delightful, rich, layered, fantastic with some foie gras !

  Surprisingly sweet. I noticed the Indice 4 after opening. Not really what we wanted and not an easy job matching with the food we had made. Use it for cheeses. Still, the balance was not impeccable.
