Unusual and interesting. Nose of Spring flowers and slightly sweet mandarin. Less Steely coloured than many Rieslings, with no mineral notes. To taste - like biting into a crunchy green apple. Very crisp and bone dry, could cut through any oily fish with ease.

Typical NZ orange/mandarin note, drier for NZ (maybe 3-4 gm rs?). Great food wine, I think best enjoyed young.
