Light straw in color. Pineapple, coconut, and a hint of reduction that quickly dissipates after opening. Soft, round mouthfeel with low acidity. Drink up!

Still going strong, especially in the purity of fruit. This reminds me of a younger Aubert. Has that rich, caramel quality and a full, glycerol mouthfeel. Touch more minerality here.

Great chardonnay purity as all of Ehran Jordan’s wines tend to have. This has held up well, and while not as compelling as the 2015 version, it performed well over 2 days, with subtle secondary development and really no fade in quality so far

Light green-tinged. Strong delicious lime with underlying mineral on the nose. Absolutely rich, unctuous texture. Extremely mineral laced with lime and delicate floral elements. The citrus and floral finish lasts forever. Complex and not an easy drinker. Delicious.

Good nose and taste although there was a slight bitterness that persisted for the first 60-90 minutes. More pronounced fruit and bitterness disappeared when the wine got some air and got up to room temperature.
