  Has continued to improve, now with slight oxidative notes in the nose giving the impression of fallen apples. Super light weight mid palate. Nice bracing acidity on the finish. Really enjoyable wine and fantastic paired with a dish containg raw onion.

  Love this wine! Simple but oh so enjoyable. Intense floral nose. Feathery light mid palate, with loads of green apple. Long tart finish, but perfectly in balance with the 9% ABV. Nose is best from a Riedel Alsace glass. But a Riedel kabinet glass highlights some decent minerality in the finish, that might otherwise be missed.
  
  P.S. Some melon in the mid palate upon returning to the Alsatian glass.
