A really unique and interesting wine made of 100% Jacquere. Intensely floral on the nose and palate with an underlying minerality. Paired nicely with pasta primavera. I would like to try with raclette or fondue (which is why I think I bought it). Excellent value at less than $10 from Garagiste. Will buy again .

Lovely floral and mineral driven white - juicy and saline on the palate, fresh with acidity but also with a little rounded honey notes. Nice long finish. Really quite lovely and excellent value.

Wow, what a wild wine! It does remind me of the Alps, with crazy aromas of things like génépi and other wild flowers (perhaps geranium) and some eucalyptus plus green herbs. It is remarkably similar on the palate, and is just it's own thing. Certainly divisive, but I kind of grew to like it over a couple days.

Dry, low acidity, pear flavor. Loved it with fondue!
