2nd of 2 bottles purchased in February 2024. Decanted 2.5 hrs & served with chicken braised with artichokes and olives: beautiful garnet color, still youthful, engrossing perfumed nose, sensuous mouthfeel, long finish. Great bottle & perfect match.

Purchased three bottles after an outstanding tasting experience at the Santa Fe Wine and Chile Fiesta in 2013. I went from a PNP at a local restaurant to a 4 hour decant prior to consumption and never was able to replicate the tasting experience in Santa Fe. I can only conclude that this wine in meant to consumed early and young and not 5 years after its vintage. It's a decent Pinot, but the wow factor was lost in my wine cellar.

Again towards the end of the evening and I think I was influenced by the price, and my summary was, "not worth it." Well, Standard Market was asking a ridiculous $99.99 (seriously), but I see on Wine-Searcher it can be had for much less.

Small sip on Day 2. Dark berries. Robust and rich. Okay.

Solid Pinot, worth the price? I think you'd have to be a bigger Pinot fan than I am.
