  Clairement oxydé, mais pas au point d'être imbuvable. Manque bien sûr de fraîcheur et on peine à reconnaître le Sauvignon. Difficile à évaluer sur cet échantillon précis.
  Je me questionne quand même sur le type de bouteille utilisée pour ce vin. Pourquoi s'entêter à embouteiller dans du verre non teinté? C'est une tradition qui donne mauvaise presse aux blancs bordelais et dans mon cas, je serai de plus en plus hésitant à acheter du vin conditionné dans ce type de bouteille.

  From 75cl, popped and poured. Decent but unexciting white Graves from young vines at Ch. Carbonnieux. Nice grassy SB varietal character on the nose; the Semillon adds a bit of weight to the mid-palate, but that is about it in the way of interest. It might just be worth waiting a year to see if some minerality, concentration or length emerge. 83P
