Lemon, strawberry, light pepper and some grass in the bouquet. Palate shows bright acidity, fresh fruit and good minerals. On the mid-palate just a litte bit sweet but finishes bone-dry with citrus and white pepper. Light, bright, just a little bit serious and quite beautiful. Went well with crab from the shell and sallad.

sour milk, in spades, quite odd (marked as flawed, on day 1 and day 2)
Haven't had to do this very much, this wine was NOT flawed. As if by magic, all notes of milk and unresolved lactic compounds were gone. It drank good toward very-good on day 3. Not sure what compelled me to keep this (in the fridge) until day 3 as it was so positively awful smelling/tasting on the first two days, but glad I did.

A cut above their entry-level bottling, and in a perfect world, it would be my house rose. Given economic realities, however, this is tasty little wine that is a delight when someone else pays for it.

Better than any of the three bottles consumed in 2012. Allow this to open up some, then sit back and relax. Not the best I've had from them, but so, so far from anything mediocre. Really pretty. 13,0% abv

consistent with my bottle of two months ago. Delicate, lightly lifted, lingering. Prefers to be served just below cellar temp. 13,0% abv, B+/A-
