Intense fruit aromas of pear, melon, papaya. Some honey and floral notes. Rich dark yellow fruit, with a touch of ginger. Strong stuff, not sure if this is my taste but I'm sure some will love it. My guess is this will last a few more years, will try another bottle in two years.

This has become my go-to Chenin house wine over the last years. Very consistent, very good qpr. Nice bright aroma of apples, quince, honey, yellow fruit, blossom, and minerality. High acidity, medium-bodied and with medium length. Sharp and concentrated. On the 5th night this was still excellent, fresh, and well-balanced, so it should have some aging potential. Versatile with food; great on its own as aperitif, but also good with salads, fish, white meat, etc. I paired it with foie gras once (with raisin bread and marmelade), that also worked very well.

Bright aroma of lychee, elderberry, mandarin peel, apples, and a touch of herbs. Still fresh at 5 years, fruit is starting to show some depth from aging. Quite a good length, medium-high acidity, some light tannins. At 10% abv this is relatively full-bodied (probably the tannins) and not sweet at all.
Still excellent on the second day, so this may still keep for a few years though I don't think it will get much better.
