Medium+ nose of apple, pear, raspberry, licorice, honey, bread dough, and chalk. High acidity, creamy mousse, and medium+ finish redolent of candied fruits. Still a bit too young but delicious, complex and filled with tension. Further upside with time for sure.

Pronounced aromas of rose, raspberry, red plum, hawthorne, mushroom, incense, nutmeg, crushed stone, and forest floor. Medium acidity, medium fine-grained tannins, and medium+ earthy finish. Right in its drinking window now with primary and tertiary flavors in harmony. If you are craving for a quintessential Burgundy, the Mugneret sisters will never let you down.

Poured into a decanter and consumed over 2 hours. Pronounced nose of violet, blackberry, tomato leaf, licorice, cedar, and toast. Medium+ acidity and medium+ slightly grippy tannins. Delicious already and evolved continuously throughout dinner, which indicates further upside with time to develop more complexity.
