Actually thought I was popping my last bottle of 2018 Chuy when I poured and tasted the wine and knew I’d up and popped the 21 Placida. This wine was what I was hoping the Chuy was going to taste like.
Pear, stone fruit, caramel and perfect acidity drives the finish home. Can absolutely drink now but hold the second bottle for further development.

Please give this 30 minutes to come to life. On PnP, lifeless. But after 30 it sprang to life with a bounty of goodness as Dennis described below.
