Didn't really pay attention enough to be able to provide a proper tasting note, but I can agree with other reviewers here that this CdP is... fine? It's not the best we've had from 2017, but it has a decent amount of character and stood up well to a Christmas Eve dinner of rich and savory roasted foods. I'm not going to keep it laying down for as long as I'd planned, will enjoy our remaining bottles over the next year or so.

Unusual, but enjoyable. Not the best wine value, as we've had plenty of better wines at this price, but definitely worth a try if you're looking for something out of the ordinary.
The wine is half Chardonnay, and that's noticeable, but since it was not aged in oak it's very light and allows the lighter and fruitier Malvasia Bianca (fresh) to show through.
Aroma has a lot of stone fruit and honey notes, although the honey is not noticeable on the palate. The finish is short to medium, and that's where the Chardonnay shows itself.
