Dry, high acidity, med alcohol, med (fine texture) tannins, med body, med+intensity, yangmei, berry, strawberry, red roses, med+ finish. Overall, this is a very good wine. It was not opened on the palate when we opened it during the lunch. After 7 hours bottle decant, it evolved much better with lovely floral, red fruits notes. This wine is well balance and drinking perfectly now.
