Brillant robust structure, red berries focused.
Strawberries & cherries, earthy, & mushroomy & stony.
Balanced, bold, fresh & fruity. Lovely smooth palate. Impressive

So delicious!!!
Sit back & enjoy the lovely flowers, beautiful never ending acid, silky & finest lemon drops palate, clean, fresh (even at 10 years old) and elegant depth for a wine measuring 11% alcohol strength.

1996 Tahbilk Shiraz 1933 Vines Reserve

28 years old, & drinking so well.
Sweet spice, sour prune fruits, hints of tar & floral.
The palate is gorgeous, persistently clean from start till finish, smooth & soft, apparent bold spicy strides, dissolved tannins, & long tangy acid.
Having this 3 years later, and I m totally bowled over by its youthfulness & balance, enjoying this bottle even more than before.
Sealed with traditional cork, no screw capped :)
I think rating this wine is unnecessary, a classic is a classic.
