This is a very nice wine and still very young. I wouldn't go as far as to say undrinkable, but it's definitely a vibrant, youthful wine at this point. Decanting would be a plus. Rich notes of vanila, strong fruit, very full bodied but not a fruit bomb - plenty of acidity and tannin to round out the palate. I happen to be enjoying this wine with some crackers but a nice, grilled sirloin would be more appropriate.

This bottle was showing wonderfully. The mouthfeel is less lush than when this wine first came out but the flavors are more complex. There were notes of cherry, grape skins, cinnamon and barnyard funk. This wine is still going strong.

This has been a bit of a variable wine for me but this bottle was bordering on stunning. I don't know if it's in a really good place right now or just a good bottle but this wine was initially a bit grapey on opening but quite soft. It then opened up into a really delicious mix of dark red fruits and dusty gravel. The mouthfeel is extremely luxurious and the wine is balanced and cohesive.
