Pale rose ruby color slightly unclear. Fruity bubble gum, Beaujolais style easy red with light funky kick. Violets floral, energetic. Light body, but lively tannins. Glou-glou.
100% Negoska undergoes 10 days of carbonic maceration (wine technique got popular in Beaujolais). Kept on lees in tank for 6 months afterwards.

Deep copper amber colour.
Mind-blowing concentration. Strawberries in cream. Soaked fruits. Herbal medicine aromas. Caramel.
Vinous. Powerful.
High acidity. Even it's Brut Nature, there is residual sugar.
High pressure, open with care.
Ideal with duck breast, and duck pate.

Intense purple colour. Perfumed black fruits. Dense and concentrated wine. Perfect balance, medium to full body. Multilayered, with ripe granular tannins. Long aftertaste.
Cabernet Franc at its perfection.
Flagship wine of Ampeleia.
100% Cabernet Franc. Yield 30hl. 15% whole clusters. 12 months in oak barrels. 15K bottles produced annually.
