This is still quite young but opens up during our 3-4 hour dinner. Obviously this has a lot in store but at this stage it does not show its full potential. Wait 3-5 years.

To me this wine is too big and too fruity to be a Bourgogne. At first I could have guessed Bordeaux.
Give this wine 5-10 years and maybe it will shed its abundant fruit.

Want to try a typical Cathiard? Then you do not have the buy the Malconsort or the Romanee Saint Vivant - this will do just fine. 92-93 pts. Fine to drink now with 2-3 hours in the glass, but why not wait 3-5 years?
