Needs a little air to wake up but then nice bitter yellow fruit. Needs some air. Perhaps just a bit too much alcohol on the finish

This was really tasty. Dark red in the glass, but quite light on the palate. It's got character but it's not super complex. A peppery quality. Lovely with duck. Kind of reminiscent of a high slope Northern Rhone syrah perhaps?

NV A. Lamblot Champagne Dissonance Brut Nature

First taste of this Lamblot cuvee. 70% meunier, 30% chardonnay. Disgorged in early 2023. Dry, bright, refined bubbles, a bit of crunch to the fruit. Not that complex but quite elegant and pretty. Good for aperitif and light bites.
