Last of these, and long in the tooth now. Lively, even racy when bottle first opened - red fruits, cedar, herbal notes. Flavorful on the palate and still some tannic grip on the finish. Somewhat one dimensional at this point, but still checks the boxes. Great with grilled fillets. Au revoir, mon amie!

Wow! Took fellow CT'ers advice and decanted for 3 hours before tasting. Incredibly dynamic, high-tone red berries, cranberry, italian garrigue (dust, field flowers, cedar and tobacco on the nose. Red fruits, cranberry and tobacco on the flavorful palate. One knock: Somewhat thin and metallic moving through the palate; expected fuller and richer. Still, flavorful (if somewhat one-dimensional) through to the finish. This had a lot of energy from start to finish. Delicious.
There is great energy here, with some red tones to the fruit, spice, floral and tobacco. This is flat out delicious. Both the 06 and the 10 were darker, richer and rounder, but boring. This was my last 07 unfortunately.

Restaurant purchase in Hawaii - so 4x retail. Lots of green apple, lime and saline on the nose. Palate includes same and broadens to green melon. Salty, crisp, acidic backbone throughout. Very good Chablis alternative that drank well with raw bar and mahi mahi.
