Dripping with lots of ripe, rich black cherries and blackberries, with just a hint of oak. Impressive scale for a village wine, with fine tannins that are still mostly buried under fruit. But it's not overripe, there's good acidity, no rusticity, and there's a nice savory Gevrey-ish irony note in the midpalate. Very 2020 in its size and intensity but well done.

Ordered off a restaurant list, where it was served too cold. That said, this didn't impress me. Noticeably ripe for a sec, more in the peachy spectrum, lacking definition and structure, just a hint of alcohol showing. Tasty for its fruit but I would have liked to see more than that.

Ripe and sweet, lots of fruit and tannin, with a sugary finish. Good concentration for a CDNV but nothing here says Burgundy.
