I’m disappointed that I didn’t decant this fine Cab. And I hope to get my hands on more. Earthy, spicy with a touch of smoke. This wine offers up ripe berries and currants. A 45 second finish. It’s still young.

This beauty hits the scale at 16.1 alc. 1 hour decant shows a delicious Cabernet. So much richness. Dark fruit, mint and earth. A nice 45 second finish. This juice has 10 more years left.🍇

9/20/2017 11:38:00 AM - Last week I resigned my club status with Larkmead. I can't see paying $150 to $300 for a Cab. When there are many great Napa and some Paso Cabs available for far less. Now I belong to one Sonoma winery (Martinelli) and 5 from Paso.

The last time I was there we stayed at the Justin vineyard. Solid wine for the money and even better people. Take care.
