Colour is dark purple with a aromatic nose that resembles sweet ripe plums. On the palate the wine is smooth and rounded with the addition of Viognier to the Shiraz. Some notes of ink and vanilla on the palate, this wine combines power and elegance.
A classic Barossa Shiraz that can complement a wide range of food items. Drinking well now although this wine can still be kept for another 5 to 10 years.
