Opened for Mother’s Day. This came highly recommended while we were visiting a shop in England. Based on the strength of some other recos from them my expectations were probably too high! Very youthful, will likely evolve to better for my palate in the coming years, but not sure I would buy again for what I paid (nearly 300 usd!!!). Mousse recedes fairly quickly, very pleasant nose of citrus and stones and similar on the palate. Not overwhelmingly oxidative, bready or acidic, but I could have used more umph in any direction. Possibly just my palate on the day, or too young, but just really not all that exciting and especially for the price. Maybe one day I will try again but not likely on my dime!

整体有着比较饱满开放的香气，酵母带来的类似蛋糕和瑞士卷的味道颇重，但没有盖住果味，反而包裹着它们，带着成熟的青苹果、青柠和柚子之类的柑橘，轻微的白花，显得细致，扎实而不乏细节，中后段还有轻微烘烤、香料和轻微氧化带来的焦糖味。口感也是走扎实路线的，果味饱满而富有质感，带着轻微甜，略微的氧化使苹果之类的果味增加了些许成熟的调调，饱满之余，些许柠檬，在口腔中还有冲刷的清冽感，后段的咸香矿物感和酵母味将整体拉长。93/100
