  • Decanted about an hour. Real tight on initial taste but after decanting she opened up nicely. Not a chewy cab. I found this to be on the lighter side of the big Napa Cab but a real nice wine and it's just getting better the longer we sit here. Not an overly long finish but nice complexity. Little spice at the end and some real nice dark fruit at the beginning Aromas of strawberry jam when first opened giving way to blackberry and cassis.
