i adore this wine. the color is spectacular and the nose is amazing...nothing could be more perfect on a sunny day. it's a hint of earth, a touch of red fruit, with a bit of vanilla and cream. to be honest, some of the flavors are ellusice to me. delicious with cottswold cheese, or brie with apricot jam on top. love it with garlic shrimp as well...even with a light tomato pasta.
