Isaacjamesbaker pretty much summed it up. Very nice wine. Served with grilled salmon, roasted sweet potatoes/vidalia onion & greens. Good on its own and good with food. Grilled Salmon was a tad strong, and overshadowed the lovely subtle herbal/floral/grassy hints of the wine a bit, but otherwise it certainly has the acid and weight. Little or none of the grapefruit rind/bitter hints mentioned, so perhaps more bottle time is working in its favor.
I too only had this one bottle--and would be happy for more especially at this price. Drinking just fine, so the window has certainly extended from a sample of one at any rate.
Will be interested to try the red.

Light gold color. Love the burst of lime, minerals, white peach and flowers on the nose. I started salivating for the freshness just sniffing this wine. On the palate, this takes a clean and bright approach but shows moderate weight and moderate+ complexity. Flavors of nectarine, lime and white peach mix with some briny and oceanic elements. (A hint of almond and chive?) Chalky, some saline and honeyed tea aspects linger on the finish. Great for salads and apps, but I drank this with some kung pao shrimp and it worked. For $15, makes a good case buy, although I only bought one bottle off Garagiste.

This is a wonderful Spanish white, after open my first bottle from Garagiste, earlier this year I promptly ordered a case, which just came in. Beautiful aromas, wonderful texture, mouthwatering acidity, One of my favorite Spanish whites. I'm not sure who is inputing the bottle age duration, but the window should be far beyond 2014. I would give this to the five years minimum and perhaps beyond.

Aromas of key lime; almonds and tropical fruit. Taste of lime popsicle; pineapple and citrus notes. Light bodied; best paired with fish or seafood. Not overly complex. Good summer wine.

Big nose of bitter grapefruit rind, with minerals, acids and fruits all tossed helter skelter this way and that! Mouth-filling. Clean, stoney finish. Bitter after taste when everything calms down.
We finished the bottle over several days. Consistent and marginally better each day. Good stuff.

Fantastic... Tight lemon/citric character combined with grassy elements and a little mineral. Nothing buttery or oaky about it. Not ideal for sipping, probably, but perfect with halibut.

Very pale, almost transparent. Nice strong aroma, a bit sauvignon blanc-ish, though first sip quite distinct...and a tiny bit of weirdness, that went away with some air.

Crisp and clean. Some citrus fruit coming through. Good summer wine with cheese and hors d'oeuvres.

bright, fruity a little like new world sauvignon blanc. Ok as a cold drink, but not really my style.
