Popped and poured. This is a solid red wine with some mild sediment at the end. On the nose, I get pepper, lavender, olive brine, and plum. In the mouth, this is bright, medium-weight, a touch candied, yet savory. The finish is even more savory with a touch of wildness. Overall, this is interesting and well done. 91 points.

Rich nose of dusty blackberries. Kind of soft and subtle on the palate, not too assertive. Nice dark fruits though mid palate with a solid acid backbone. Fruit disappears near the finish but there’s a bit of fine tannin and some acid to keep it going. Very nice wine.

A noticeable big step up from earlier bottles. Big black raspberry, pepper, leather and tapenade notes. Rich and complex right from pop and pour. Deepens with air. Balanced and excellent QPR for $35.

Ripe blueberry, kirsch, pepper, dirt and coffee. Round and jammy, but the whole cluster inclusion adds some nice earthy complexity. Continues to evolve in the glass. The last sip a few hours in was the best. Great wine. Ready to go now, but could be held for years yet. Drink or hold. Saved half a bottle for Day 2. Deeper and more balanced. Decant recommended.

Dark garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of potpourri, leather, berries and boysenberries. Flavors of boysenberries, raspberries and cherries. Medium to bright acidity, medium to firm tannin, full bodied. Drink now with air or hold.

Seems to be entering peak window. Blue/black fruits, tapenade and pepper. Concentrated, mouth coating. Served at room temp. No decant. Drink.

Short 20 min decant. Drinking very well now with fruit tannins and acidity balanced. Love the floral aroma. Enjoyed with dill salmon.
