Lovely true salmon color. Nose of mineral, slate, traces of strawberry. Taste is a bit watery, and not much fruit until the alcohol arrives. Finish is a bit metallic with vague traces of berry skins. Not as good as past years, maybe in an odd phase.

A very tasty and easy to drink rosè. Pale color with a very light nose. Good acidity and strawberry fruit flavors. Lots of tartrate precipitation in the bottle right out of the cellar. Quite a pleasant bottle for a sunny Saturday afternoon.

This is one tasty rose. Very pale pink. Vanilla and cotton candy nose. Better with some chill. Racy acidity, a hint of sweetness. Easy to drink at 12% alcohol. What a rose should be.

Pop and pour. Light peach color, lemon, cantaloupe, slightly creamy texture, but crisp with loads of acidity and a subtle but persistently lingering finish. So clean and dry. Nicely balanced, nothing out of place. Elegant, yet gulpable rose. One for the acid lovers, not for those seeking something fruity and sweet. Second night: More of the same flavors with some tartrate precipitation in the glass. Still very good.

Tartate in bottle. Nice acid. Really like this one. Temperature above 65 in Seattle. This Rose seemed optimistic. Nice.
