Tuesday, June 21, 2011 - Medium ruby robe with red rim. Clean nose, showing moderately intense aromas of bramble fruits, cola and cocoa. Medium-bodied on the palate, with medium acidity, light-to-medium sweet tannins and well-integrated alcohol (which is listed as 13.1%). The flavors mirror the nose and the middle palate stays intact. Medium, smooth finish. This is yet another example of how good the 2008 vintage was in Oregon. It is a reasonably-priced Pinot which should drink nicely for another 3-4 years.
