Thursday, April 4, 2024 - Disgorged on 26/10/2019, 2015 base. Medium copper golden colour. Deep nose of honeycomb, bread crust, brioche, bruised apple underlined by hints of smoke and chalk. Medium body with fine round structure, broad on the palate, very good mouthfeel, long mineral length. Vinous and very food-friendly. Very nice Blanc de Noirs Champagne that seems to benefit from a few years of bottle ageing.
