Thursday, December 24, 2015 - The opener to Christmas Eve festivities with family. Lovely -- both this sparkler and the evening. Softened effervescence and straw hued in the glass, this is fully matured and likely won't get any better. Pears, apples, slight citrus and brioche. Nice toast in the finish. The 2012, which we had afterwards, suffered in comparison.
