Wednesday, January 19, 2011 - Effusive mousse, straw colored, and showing more minerality than fruit. There's some pear, I think, but the main element seems to be a somewhat bitter (but not at all offputting) chalk or saline note. It's technically sound, with great balance and acidity. Good QPR, too, at ~$30.
