Tuesday, April 24, 2018 - Tremendous wine. Cellar Tracker, why oh why are your drinking windows so conservative? Perfectly balanced, this wine has quince, capsicum, on the nose beautiful forward palate of fruit and balanced acidity, long and lingering mid palate with quince, capsicum, and dried blueberry, with a loooooooong and satisfying finish that starts with fruit, turns to white pepper, and becomes �� cayenne pepper. Stunning.
