Sunday, July 12, 2020 - Tremendous - right out of the shoot, this wine was complex, left open and tasted each hour for 3 hours and it evolved amazingly well - opened up, very smooth . was for my son's 21'st birthday which made it even more special. Perfectly paired with rich steaks.
